Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate, inspiring and supportive Recovery Support Specialist to help us fulfill our mission. The role involves providing mentoring/support to individuals/families in services, assisting with skills training, case management, group facilitation, and non-clinical intervention, and connecting clients with community resources. The successful candidate will customize support to meet the needs of individual clients and make a vital contribution to their journey to recovery.

Requirements

• Mentoring/support to individuals/families in services
• Assisting with skills training, case management, group facilitation, and non-clinical intervention
• Connecting clients with community resources
• Providing education and support to family members
• Planning and organizing activities within the outpatient structure
• Completing daily paperwork requirements
• Collaborating with clinical teams and case managers to advocate for the best interest of the client
• Transporting clients as appropriate
