Job Description
Southwest Care Center is seeking an experienced full-time Patient Access Specialist to provide direct and indirect customer support to the clinical team at our Harkle Clinic in Santa Fe, NM. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be patient-focused, and perform in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working front desk in a healthcare environment
- Athena EMR experience highly desired
- Basic Life Support Certification required
- High school Diploma or general education degree (GED)
