Job Description
Southwest Care Center is seeking an experienced Primary Care RN Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of an assigned clinic in Santa Fe, NM. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in primary care/ambulatory settings. The role requires a valid Driver's License, Basic Life Support, and a valid and unencumbered NM State RN License. The clinic manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance, service and patient care excellence, and internal communications of the clinic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Associate degree in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, Basic Life Support, Valid and unencumbered NM State RN License
