Care Coordinator

Southwest Human Development is Arizona’s largest nonprofit dedicated to early childhood development. We offer over 40 programs and services to more than 140,000 children. Our team is dedicated to supporting young children and their families through comprehensive behavioral health services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family and Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or other related developmental or behavioral health fields
• Knowledge of child development, disabilities and behavioral health
• Home visiting experience
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
