Mental Health Professional (San Carlos Apache)

Southwest Human Development is seeking a full-time mental health professional to provide consultation services in early care and education settings. The role involves supporting healthy caregiver-child attachment relationships, identifying behavioral or emotional needs of young children, and providing training on social and emotional wellness.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related
• Degree must be eligible for licensure through the AZ Board of Behavioral Health
• Knowledge and utilization of attachment theory, trauma-informed approach, and adult mental health principles is preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Working with children ages birth to five and their families
• Post master's clinical experience
