Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two-year certificate or degree as an Electrician Instrumentation Tech or equal experience with electronic, electro-mechanical and pneumatic industrial instrumentation
• Work experience & equivalent to 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous work experience with machinery in a manufacturing, grain elevator or agricultural setting, preferred
• Ability to use test and calibration equipment to calibrate transmitters and control loops
• Ability to use mathematics and algebra to scale and calibrate process instrumentation
• Interpret and/or modify PLC control logic as necessary. Install and calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level controls
• Considerable knowledge of electronic instrumentation, process control and electrical systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer knowledge/skills including Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to work well with others and the ability to work independently
