Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year certificate or degree as an Electrician Instrumentation Tech or equal experience with electronic, electro-mechanical and pneumatic industrial instrumentation
- Work experience & equivalent to 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous work experience with machinery in a manufacturing, grain elevator or agricultural setting, preferred
- Ability to use test and calibration equipment to calibrate transmitters and control loops
- Ability to use mathematics and algebra to scale and calibrate process instrumentation
- Interpret and/or modify PLC control logic as necessary. Install and calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level controls
- Considerable knowledge of electronic instrumentation, process control and electrical systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer knowledge/skills including Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work well with others and the ability to work independently
