Job Description
The ELA Teacher, 7th Grade role is responsible for providing instruction to students and implementing educational goals and objectives at Southwest Leadership Academy Charter School.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Instructional I or Instructional II Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate or valid out of state license
- 2 years of urban teaching experience (preferred)
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Ability to critically assess challenges and identify effective instructional/behavioral solutions
- Exceptional classroom management skills
- Strong working knowledge of technology used to design and differentiate instruction
