Job Description
The GIS Analyst I will maintain the utility’s spatial data using a Geographical Information System (GIS) to support the company’s departments, provide company employees with easy access to accurate and useful information about the company’s assets, and provide tools that improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Cartography/Remote sensing or related field
- Minimum of three years working in GIS field
- Certificate of Completion of a formal course of instruction in the use of ARCGIS equipment and software
- Technical certification for ArcGIS Server Site Configuration and Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Mobile Data Terminals (MDT)
- Experience using GIS/CAD/Micro station software
- Experience using ARCGIS or GISP
