Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families in Minto, ON.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Leadership qualities: supervisory and team building capabilities
• Ability to vision cast and bring others along
• Active participation in area youth networks
• Ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population
• Related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work
• A vehicle is also important for this job
