Engineering and Maintenance Manager

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will provide daily leadership and long-term vision to the Engineering and Maintenance departments for the Pleasant Prairie facility.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations of Engineering and Maintenance departments
• Develop and implement critical engineering processes and programs
• Lead engineering team in process improvement and implementation of manufacturing processes
• Manage team of engineers and technical professionals
• Devises and implements engineering strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Use in-depth knowledge of engineering practices to propose innovative solutions
