Employment Specialist

Employment Specialist role supporting individuals with barriers to employment, including disability, long-term health conditions, and complex life challenges, to secure and retain employment. Mobile, community-based role with regular travel across Hertfordshire. Key responsibilities include managing caseloads, developing vocational profiles, and providing in-work support. Collaborate with local employers, services, and partners to create sustainable employment outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals, customers or clients in a caseload or target-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging employers and external partners
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• A genuine belief in people's ability to progress
