Job Description
Join us as a Job Coach and make a lasting impact through one of the UK's leading Supported Internship programmes. Provide on-the-job coaching and one-to-one support to young adults with SEND to help them thrive in the workplace and build the skills they need for independent employment.
Requirements
- Providing on-the-job coaching and one-to-one support at host businesses
- Supporting students with job preparation, interviews, travel training and workplace behaviour
- Collaborating with employers, tutors, families and professionals to ensure each intern's success
- Promoting disability awareness and inclusive practice with host businesses
- Applying for Access to Work and advising on basic benefits and expenses
- Helping plan and deliver induction, open days, graduation events and outreach activities
- Keeping accurate records, supporting risk and safeguarding processes, and attending training
