Job Description
Sovereign Care Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their growing team. The role involves conducting assessments, developing training programs, providing supervision, and managing treatment plans for children and families with autism spectrum disorder or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Candidates should be passionate about ABA and possess strong communication skills and a dedication to patient and staff empowerment.
Requirements
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement parent training and support programs
- Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
- Provide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians
- Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
- Manage clients and therapists on assigned case
- Manage Data Collection
- Develop treatment plans and Behavior Intervention plans for families
- Initial and/or continuing in-home and in-center client (re)assessments
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Valid NJ driver’s license
