We're looking for a craftsman to join our team in Bad Aibling, Germany. As a handyman, you'll be responsible for maintaining buildings, performing repairs and renovations, and ensuring the overall impression of our institutions is neat.

Requirements

• Maintenance and functionality of buildings and all technical installations
• Performance of repairs, renovations, and painting work
• Renovation work in the area of masonry / drywall, sanitary and heating / pipe work
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities and green areas
• Control of the observance of safety and fire protection regulations
• Maintenance of community spaces
• Ensuring a neat overall impression of the institutions
• All-round handyman
• Focus: Electricity, tile and flooring laying, painting, and drywall, sanitary
