Product Development Manager - Fabric - 1438

The Product Development Manager – Fabric Development is responsible for creating and developing new piece dye fabrics, translating customer and market needs into commercially viable, production-ready fabrics.

Requirements

• Develop new fabrics based on Customer briefs, Market trends, and Sales direction.
• Work closely with mills, finishing, and dye house teams to engineer fabrics and ensure fabrics are commercially viable and scalable.
• Manage workflow, ensure clear, approved standards before production starts, and implement tracking tools for visibility.
• Define SOPs for development and approval processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
