Product Operations Manager

Spacelift is an infrastructure orchestration platform that manages the entire infrastructure lifecycle. We need a Product Operations Manager to own and administer the Product & Design tool stack, run product process rituals, and build and maintain KPI, adoption, and usability dashboards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics, product ops, or a hybrid PM-adjacent role
• Fluent in SQL and comfortable working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar)
• Organized in a way that makes other people more effective
• Comfortable working across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and Solutions Engineering
