Job Description
The BIM Architectural Engineer will create BIM models and support implementation and documentation efforts across project phases using Revit and Navisworks. Extensive knowledge of Architectural engineering principles and Revit software is required.
Requirements
- Develop and review Architectural designs, layouts, and schematics using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD).
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, local codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, structural, mechanical) to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the BIM model.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of the Architecture BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead and train BIM modelers.
- Revise on Architectural drawings and Models.
