Gypsum Carpenter Supervisor

SPACEMAKER KSA is looking for a skilled and experienced Gypsum Carpenter Supervisor to oversee a team of drywall carpenters, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, maintaining safety standards, and managing a team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Review and check received drawings to ensure accuracy
• Identify resources and ensure all materials and tools are available
• Lead daily start-up meetings and brief the team on the day's tasks
• Inspect incoming materials for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Organize storage areas to keep materials accessible and in good condition
• Ensure all tools are in good working order and used safely
• Provide clear explanations of work orders and drawings to the team
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards and work according to plans
• Ensure proper alignment, verticality, and squareness of installations
• Supervise and guide a team of gypsum carpenters, assigning tasks and overseeing performance
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Mentor and train new team members on techniques and safety practices
