The Senior Account Executive DACH drives revenue growth by building strong, long-term relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities across the DACH region. Combining strategic account management with new business development, you guide customers through the full sales cycle and help them realize the value of Spacewell’s smart building solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales or account executive role, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, facility management, or building technology solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling value propositions.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use market and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
