Supplier Development Engineer (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer (Starlink) to develop, drive, and maintain suppliers for the production of user terminals for its Starlink low Earth orbit satellite internet system. The role will focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of the manufacturing process at global suppliers. Responsibilities include planning and leading experiments, assessing fabrication technology, planning validation exercises, and reviewing progress of development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, supplier development/quality, manufacturing, or design engineering
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing, SMT processes, statistical process control, and Lean manufacturing principles applied
