Spalah is a Ukrainian venture builder that connects ambitious tech businesses with the international stage, fostering an ecosystem for rapid growth. We're hiring a Publisher Business Development Manager to drive and expand direct publisher partnerships across our programmatic ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital publishing, ad tech, or publisher business development
- Proven experience building and managing publisher or partner relationships
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, SSP, DSP, ad servers)
- Familiarity with publisher monetization formats (display, native, video, CTV)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Technical proficiency with web technologies, SDK/API integrations, Prebid.js, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, GA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
