Job Description
SPAN is hiring a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to drive accelerated growth at a fast-growing organization. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing systems, processes, and data to enable commercial sales, managing the sales operations team, and leading cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
- Expert-level Salesforce knowledge (Admin certification is a plus)
- Advanced Excel/BI skills (e.g. Tableau)
- Model expertise in two-step distribution or complex channel-driven B2B environment
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA (optional)
