Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in auxiliary programs, summer camps, youth programming, hospitality, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset, youth development expertise, financial acumen, marketing and communications skills, and project management skills
