Spark Car Wash is a growing express exterior car wash company seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Car Wash Associate. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean facility, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Associates will receive commission on membership sales and help maintain the car wash and grounds.

Requirements

• Be the friendly face of Spark, offering customers a smile and prompt service.
• Advise guests on their purchases and let them know about the amazing deals and free amenities.
• Control traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
• Keep car wash, grounds, and restrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Inspect vehicles entering the tunnel and remove debris.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs.
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your hands, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
