Job Description
We are a leading healthcare organization dedicated to supporting clients with the autonomy to steer their healthcare journey and equipping them with the necessary resources to take control of their health. We are seeking a Mentor to work with youth in Brockville, Ontario, providing support in their daily life, assisting with care goals and tasks, and engaging them in community activities.
Requirements
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
