Spark is a leading healthcare organization seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)/Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to implement behaviour plans and programming based on ABA principles and following OAP guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and pediatric populations, leading a multidisciplinary team, and providing mentorship and training.
Requirements
- Registration as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (ONT) with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
- Proof of Professional Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain
- Valid CPR/First Aid Standard Level C certification
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training within the last 5 years is considered an asset
- Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle with a willingness to travel within the community and to clients homes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience managing caseloads, budgeting appropriately, arranging schedules, and leading team meetings considered an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset, but not required
