Job Description
Spark MicroGrants is seeking a District Coordinator to drive government relations and partner coordination for Spark Microgrants in several districts in Ghana. The role involves cultivating and maintaining district-level relationships, providing support and oversight to the FCAP national implementing partner, and leading partner coordination on behalf of Spark Microgrants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, NGO programming, or rural development
- Experience successfully cultivating and maintaining District-level government relationships
- Experience working on multi-stakeholder projects in a coordination role
- Experience working with community-driven development models is an advantage
