Job Description
We are partnering with a fast-growing insurance brokerage firm to find a driven and personable Commercial Insurance Producer. This role involves building trust with clients and providing tailored risk management solutions. The firm offers a collaborative and mentorship-driven culture, with a structured 3-year program focused on building a long-term book of business.
Requirements
- Source and develop new middle-market commercial insurance clients (premium range: $200K-$1M)
- Manage full client lifecycle from discovery to onboarding to renewal
- Build long-term, consultative relationships focused on client retention
- Collaborate with internal account managers and leadership for seamless client service
- Participate in a structured development and mentorship program
