Job Description
The Senior Analyst, FP&A and Grants will play a key role in supporting the Finance department by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience using AI tools to automate analyses
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
