Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead complex technology integrations for enterprise Restaurant, Retail, or C-Store Brands. The ideal candidate will excel at orchestrating multi-party technical projects, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, and translating business objectives into successful technical implementations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of project management and/or client-facing implementation experience in marketing SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-party technical integration projects
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly absorb new platforms, systems, and integration concepts
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating project documentation and managing concurrent projects
