Job Description
Join Sparksoft, a catalyst for change, and lead the growth of a $100 million project portfolio as a Program Director. Develop and execute corporate and portfolio growth strategy, provide thought leadership, and oversee staffing, recruitment, finances, and operations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading large Healthcare portfolios at the federal level or through a contracting environment
- Supervisory experience
- Experience supporting and managing large contracts at CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid)
- Background in Health Informatics
- Public Trust clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Ability to commute to Columbia, MD office at least 3 days/week
