Job Description
Sparrow exists to create thriving communities that feel like home. As a Housekeeper at our Mera Craig Ranch community, you will ensure an amazing community member experience and support in the daily operations.
Requirements
- Has a professional or previous experience working in a similar role and a valid driver’s license
- Experience in housekeeping preferably in lease ups, multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality environment desired
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Passionate about making a difference in other’s lives
- Devoted sense of accountability and is solution-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation; flexibility to work a regular Mon - Fri schedule and nights, weekends, and/or holidays when required
- Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
