Job Description
Sparrow exists to create thriving communities that feel like home. As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure an amazing community member experience and support in the daily operations at one of our Active Adult 55+ communities.
Requirements
- Has a professional working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
- Valid driver's license
- Proven experience in HVAC/maintenance repairs
- HVAC/Pool Certifications and experience
- Strong plumbing and electrical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Servant leader mindset
- Devoted sense of accountability
- Must have general knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations
