Job Description
The FP&A Financial Analyst will support the FP&A department in budgeting and financial planning. This includes preparing monthly and quarterly reports, managing key performance indicators, and working with international/domestic corporate development efforts. They will analyze financial results, identify key trends, and communicate insights to senior management. The role requires continuous process improvement and maintaining accurate data in Adaptive Insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance or MBA (strongly preferred)
- 2-3 years of FP&A experience
- Ability to manage multiple processes independently
- Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly
- Strong process management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced Adaptive Planning experience
