Meat Cutter

As a Meat Cutter at SpartanNash, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats, producing 'value-added' products, and ensuring the financial best interests of the store. You will also be required to maintain a clean and attractive department, follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines, and practice suggestive selling techniques with customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year retail or other related experience preferred
• Prior experience in a Meat Cutter, Apprentice role strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
• Basic mathematical skills
• Suggestive Selling/Knowledge of Products
• Detail Oriented
