Job Description
Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead (STARS) to provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team responsible for system sustainment, operations, reliability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical HR systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, sustainment support, service management, and cross-functional coordination within complex Federal environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, application sustainment, production support, systems reliability, or similar technical environments
- 3+ years of experience leading technical, operations, or sustainment teams in a Federal Government or similarly complex environment.
