Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is hiring an AI Training & Enablement Lead to drive firm-wide adoption of their AI platform and tools. The successful candidate will design, create, and deliver training programs, enablement materials, and change management plans to help 700+ consultants integrate AI into their daily work.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in training, enablement, change management, or L&D
- Proven ability to design and build training programs from the ground up
- Strong facilitation skills
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, or technology firms
