Requirements
- 5-7 years of exp with minimum 5 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in Anaplan
- 4+ years hands on modeling experience in Anaplan projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support
- Experience with enterprise performance management, digital transformation, enabling big data / cloud-based analytics strategies (preferred)
- Deep domain and solutioning background with ability to take charge of detailed architecture designs in either or combination of the following: FP&A, SCM or SPM
- Deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, and experience in translating business requirements
- Curious individual with strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Willingness to learn and ramp-up in new technologies and business functions
- Ability to have direct discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models
- Proficient with Excel spreadsheet modeling, Excel formulas and functions
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
- Team player who possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills, has experience building financial models and enjoys solving and streamlining complex business problems
- Enjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easily
