Integration Architect

Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm looking for an Integration Architect to lead end-to-end integration workstreams across enterprise platforms and manage junior team members. The ideal candidate will have technical depth and consulting leadership skills, with experience in API fundamentals, Postman, and middleware platforms. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present technical architecture to C-suite audiences. Requirements

• Lead end-to-end integration workstreams across enterprise platforms
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
• Architect and oversee the implementation of REST and SOAP API integrations
• Drive pre-sales activities including scoping sessions, effort estimation, and oral presentations
• Build and present proof-of-concept integrations to prospective clients
• Own day-to-day client relationships on active engagements
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of integration consultants and analysts
• Establish and enforce integration standards and documentation practices
