Job Description
We are seeking an Architect to join our OneStream practice in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Pune, where you will lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic oversight to project teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A projects, with a strong focus on OneStream or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations.
- Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream or Oracle Hyperion projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, client expectations, and team performance.
- Demonstrated track record of issue resolution and follow-through.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
