Oracle EPM Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Architect to join our growing Finance & Operations practice. This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions using Oracle EPM. Ideal candidates will be able to lead EPM solutions through full cycle, spearhead pre-sales activities, and collaborate with internal and client-side resources.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing EPM/CPM applications, including Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including financial close, consolidations, reporting, and FP&A
• Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Track record of leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations
• Experience with VB.net and data integration between different systems/sources
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly
