Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm that helps global organizations get financial clarity into complex business decisions. We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Salesforce Delivery team in North America.
Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture
- Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform
- Current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds
- Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
- Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability
- Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
