Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role
- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and LinkedIn or similar sourcing tools
