Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the initiatives that build and scale our B2B product offerings for global organizations. As an Engineering Manager on our Speak for Business (S4B) team, you will lead the engineering strategy and execution for the S4B roadmap, delivering features and infrastructure that serve our business clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an engineering leadership role.
- A strong technical background with hands-on experience in full-stack development and familiarity in our stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, Big Query).
- Experience building and scaling products for B2B or enterprise customers, preferably on a global scale.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams, providing clear direction and support.
- Strong product intuition and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
