Job Description
Speak is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join their Quality Assurance team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will design and execute test plans, identify defects, analyze QA metrics, and work directly with the development and product teams to ensure reliable, user-friendly solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in mobile QA
- Proficiency in testing asynchronous mobile flows
- Experience validating mobile analytics instrumentation
- Ability to design and execute test plans for experiments and feature flags
- Experience applying network and device throttling
- Ability to diagnose and debug flaky mobile tests
- Strong grasp of product development and release processes
- Self-sufficient and comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to work from the SF HQ 3 days per week
