Product Engineer (Security) - AI Control Plane

Speakeasy provides the AI control plane for enterprises, securely scaling usage of AI with a platform to centrally manage MCPs, Skills, and Assistants with fine-grained permissions, threat detection, and full observability. As a Product Engineer (Security) - AI Control Plane, you will design and ship features that enforce enterprise security policies around MCP usage and access, improve and fine tune our risk policy system, and deepen our integrations with identity providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience shipping features on products used by security teams
• Exceptional ability to learn, pickup new frameworks, and work across the stack from backend to frontend
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
• Ability to work in person in our San Francisco Office
