Job Description
We are looking for an Airline Sales, Ticketing, and Reservations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will promote and sell airline routes, fares, and services, and ensure customer satisfaction by solving any problems faced and handling all complaints promptly.
Requirements
- Experience in airline sales and services
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient level of English
- Skilled user of MS Office packages & GDS System
- Ability to work under stress, whilst exhibiting a high degree of productivity
- You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver
- Ability to work independently
Benefits
- Full time basis - Rostered between Monday and Sunday 09:00-17:30
- Yearly Salary - EUR 20,500 - EUR 21,000 after probation (6months)
- KPI Bonus after probation - 1K yearly
- Transport provided for those that do not drive in Malta
