German Support Specialist - Lisbon

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated German Support Specialist to join our international team in Portugal. The role involves providing top-tier service and innovative solutions to customers, working from home in mainland Portugal. You will be responsible for supporting customers' online orders, handling sensitive customer information, and interacting with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Flawless communication skills in English (C1)
• Ability to work in a sensitive and classified information environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Knowledge of SAP and Back-Office work is an advantage
