Job Description
As a Technical Support Digital Ads in Lisbon, Portugal, you will support client's different areas of social media, ensuring client guidelines, promoting service improvements, and handling end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support.
Requirements
- Are fluent, verbal and written in German (C1)
- Have a degree in Marketing or related field
- Have experience in Digital Marketing
- Have experience on paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Have experience in a Contact Centre, Service program for any Advertising Tech company
