Spanish Social Media Content Moderator - Lisbon

We are looking for a Spanish native or fluent individual with strong English communication skills to join our Spanish Content Moderator team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform, improving content management strategy, and meeting service quality goals.

Requirements

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Availability to work onsite
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
